Naseem joined the Archway Group in January 2026. Although new to the real estate sector, he brings with him over 40 years of experience in leadership, management, and administration. He has extensive exposure to the construction industry, having served as Project Director on infrastructure development projects for more than 15 years, including the successful completion of several projects in collaboration with international agencies. Highly motivated and committed to continuous learning, Naseem is keen to integrate with the team and contribute meaningfully to the growth and success of the Archway Group. He is fluent in five languages and relates easily to customers from diverse backgrounds. Married for 44 years, Naseem is a proud father of four children and a doting grandfather to six grandchildren.
