s the Director of Operations, Erin has over 14 years of experience in real estate operations, budget forecasting, & strategic leadership. With a proven track record of optimizing business processes & maximizing operational efficiency, Erin has played an integral role in driving growth & improving overall performance. Though Erin is a licensed Realtor, her focus is overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Archway Group, ensuring seamless coordination between various teams. She is also heavily involved in creating & implementing operational strategies, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations & maintaining a high standard of concierge level of service. Throughout her career, Erin has demonstrated exemplary skills in team leadership & performance analysis. Erin thrives in fast-paced environments & is committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, & excellence within the company. A Columbus area native, Erin grew up in Gahanna & graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Criminal Justice & Spanish. She spent 16 years in retail management prior to starting her career in real estate in 2011. Outside of work, Erin is adjusting to the transition of soccer mom to empty-nester & enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 sons & countless rescue dogs.
